Get to know Sam
With over a decade of competitive swimming experience in Southern California, Samantha brings elite-level insight into athletic development in the pool. A decorated age-group swimmer, Samantha was a Junior National Champion and Speedo Sectional MVP. She attended Foothill High School 11-time High School All-American, 3-time Crestview League MVP, and holds school records in the 100 free, 200 free, 200 IM and 200 medley relay.
As the national No. 18 recruit in the Class of 2020, Samantha continued her athletic and academic career at Stanford University, where she trained under Olympic coach Greg Meehan. As a Cardinal, she was a CSCAA Scholar All-American, a multi-time Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll recipient, and a member of both the Pac-12 Championship Team and the 2nd-place NCAA team.
Guided by her love for the sport and a deep appreciation for technique, Samantha looks to help high-level swimmers refine their stroke mechanics to reach their full potential. She believes in the power of individualized instruction and emphasizes visual, auditory, and tactile learning strategies to support each athlete’s unique development.
Her goal is simple: to empower driven swimmers with the tools, technique, and confidence to take their performance to the next level.
